Ingredients:
- minced meat - 400-500 g
- hard cheese - 50 g
- breadcrumbs - 2 tbsp.
- salt, pepper
- soft butter - 20 g
- garlic - 2 cloves.
- small onion - 1 pc.
Method of preparation:
1. Mix minced meat, grated cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and soft butter. Finely chop the garlic and onion.
2. Form patties with wet hands and fry on both sides over medium heat.
Serve with mashed potatoes!
