Juicy chopped cutlets for dinner: how to cook properly
Cutlets can be made from any meat and even legumes, vegetables, fish, liver, crab sticks and buckwheat. If you want to make chopped cutlets, you just need to cut the fillets properly and add mayonnaise or sour cream to the base.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious chopped cutlets with hard cheese and herbs on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 2 fillets
- 100 g of grated cheese
- 100 g of sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp of flour
- herbs, salt, pepper, oil
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the fillet.
2. Add the eggs, sour cream, grated cheese, flour, herbs, salt, spices, and mix.
3. Heat a frying pan, spoon the mixture in, and fry the cutlets on both sides until cooked through.
