Juicy chicken pork: how to cook a dish correctly and quickly
Chicken fillet is a versatile product that can be used to make delicious light cutlets, chops, salads, and gravy. You can also bake the fillet in the oven with vegetables and herbs, mushrooms, and garlic.
Cook Anna shared on Instagram a recipe for juicy chicken fillet pork and 2 recipes for marinades that will make the meat soft and tasty.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillets – 2 pcs.
- water – 0.5 l
Marinade 1:
- salt – 1:1.5 tsp.
- allspice and black pepper – to taste
- garlic – 1 clove
- bay leaf – 1-2 pcs.
Marinade 2:
- curry – 1/2 tsp.
- bitter paprika – 1 tsp.
- French mustard – 1 tsp.
- soy sauce – 1 tsp.
- honey – 1 tsp.
- vegetable oil
Method of preparation:
1. Pour water into a saucepan, add salt, add the remaining ingredients of marinade 1, and marinate the chicken for 2-3 hours.
2. Then dry the meat, and wrap it with a thread.
3. Mix everything for marinade 2, add soy sauce, and marinate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
4. Bake for 30 minutes at 200°C.
5. Cool in the oven or under foil.
