The liver can be the basis for making delicious cutlets and chops, and it can also be added to salads and stewed with vegetables, apples, and plums.

The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious fried liver with onions and plums, which will turn out to be very soft and juicy.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large onion
  • 100 g of wine (50 in onion/50 in liver)
  • thyme
  • liver – 500-600 g
  • 1 tsp of balsamic
  • plums

Method of preparation:

1. Fry the onion until golden brown, add the wine and thyme. Then put it in a mold.

2. Wash the liver and fry until soft, add the wine and cook for a few minutes.

3. Put the liver on the onion and bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees (not preheated).
