Instead of bread: delicious cheese waffles in 10 minutes
If you have flour, eggs, and hard cheese, you can easily make delicious waffles that will be an ideal breakfast option and a great alternative to bread.
Culinary expert and food blogger Kateryna Mull shared a recipe on Instagram for delicious and very easy-to-make cottage cheese waffles with kefir, which takes only 10 minutes to prepare.
Ingredients:
- flour – 125 g
- cottage cheese – 100 g
- hard cheese – 100 g
- eggs – 1 pc.
- butter – 50 g
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the egg, add the kefir.
2. Grate hard cheese and add to this mixture.
3. Sift the flour, add the cottage cheese, mix and pour in the melted butter.
4. Preheat the pan and fry the waffles until cooked.
You can eat them immediately, hot. They will be delicious with soups, broths, salads.
