Appetizer pies can be made with a variety of fillings, from cabbage, minced meat, to boiled eggs, green onions, and tuna. The dough is best made with liquid dough, and you can also use pita bread.

Ingredients:

  • sour cream - 300 g
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 120-130 g
  • baking powder - 10 g
  • sugar - 1 tsp.

The filling:

  • a can of tuna
  • boiled eggs - 2 pcs.
  • processed cheese - 2 pcs.
  • green onions
  • salt and pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Dough: add eggs, salt, and sugar to the sour cream, and mix well. Mix flour with baking powder, sift, and knead into a smooth dough.

2. Filling: drain the oil from the tuna, mash with a fork, add grated boiled eggs, grated processed cheese, and chopped green onions. Add pepper and salt and mix.

3. Pour half of the dough into the greased mold, spread the filling evenly, pour the rest of the dough, and smooth. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 40-45 minutes at 180 C.
