Baked potatoes are the easiest option for a hearty and tasty dish for lunch and dinner. You can cook it in different ways: with sauces, vegetables, meat, herbs, mushrooms. It is very important that they do not burn during the cooking process, but at the same time, that they are soft inside.

Tip: to prevent the potatoes from burning, add 1 tsp of salt and always oil!
Ingredients:
- potatoes - 700-800 g
- hard cheese - 50-60 g
- salt - 1 tsp.
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
- mustard in grains - 1 tbsp.
- granulated garlic - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly, cut them into small strips (about 8 pieces).
2. Put the potatoes in a bowl and add salt, garlic, mustard, oil and finely grated cheese (Parmesan is best). Mix well.
3. Put on a baking sheet and bake at 200 C for 35 minutes until golden brown.
