Cook Yevheniia Karpiuk shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious, budget-friendly soup with offal that is very satisfying and easy to prepare.

Ingredients:
- chicken hearts - 250 g
- rice noodles - 70 g
- onion - 1 pc.
- garlic - 2 cloves
- sweet pepper - 2 pcs.
- oil - 1-2 tbsp
- greens - a bunch
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the chicken hearts and fry in vegetable oil until soft.
2. Finely chop the onion and garlic and add to the pan.
3. Dice the pepper and add to the pan, fry for another 1 minute.
4. Put all the ingredients in a saucepan, add water, bring to a boil and cook for another 5-10 minutes.
5. Add the rice noodles and cook until tender. Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle the soup with greens before serving!
