Ingredients:
- potatoes
- paprika
- dried cilantro/basil
- garlic
- sunflower oil
- salt and pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Cut potatoes into slices.
2. Add spices, oil, and stir.
3. Put in a frying pan and fry in oil until tender. Cover the potatoes with a lid to keep them soft.
