How to properly cook crumbly rice in a sleeve: a recipe

Pilaf can be cooked in a saucepan, in a frying pan, or even in the oven in a sleeve. To make it crumbly and tasty, culinary experts advise cooking it with vegetables and meat.

Cook Olga Matviy shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious, crumbly pilaf in a sleeve, made with meat and onions.

Ingredients:

  • Steamed rice - 400 g
  • Water - 800 ml
  • Meat - 650 g
  • Onions - 4-5 pcs.
  • Carrots - 2 pcs.
  • Spices for pilaf - 2 tbsp.
  • Salt - to taste
  • Garlic - 1 head

Method of preparation:

1. Fry the meat until golden brown. Fry the onions and carrots separately.

2. Wash the rice, put it in a frying pan, add spices, a little water and simmer for a while.

3. Mix the rice, meat and vegetables, put them into the sleeve and into the mold. Cook in the oven until tender.
