How to prepare guacamole properly: a recipe for a healthy and summer avocado snack
The perfect, cold, summer appetizer is guacamole, the base of which is ripe avocados, red onions, tomatoes and herbs. It is very important that this dish is not too liquid.
Culinarian Iryna shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious guacamole with avocado, cilantro, tomatoes and garlic.
Ingredients:
- avocado - 4-5 pcs.
- lime or lemon juice
- cherry tomatoes - 4-5 pcs.
- cilantro - bundle
- red onion - 1/2 pc.
- garlic - 2-3 cloves.
- salt, pepper, hot pepper - to taste
- olive oil - 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Peel avocado, slice, add salt, lime or lemon juice and mash with a fork.
2. Chop the tomatoes and add them to the avocado along with the finely chopped onion and cilantro, add garlic, salt, black pepper, hot pepper to taste and drizzle with olive oil.
