Meat chops are one of the easiest and most delicious hearty dishes that can be made from pork, veal, chicken, and even liver. To make them crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, you need to make a good batter.
The chef shared on Instagram a recipe for a crispy batter for her breadcrumbs chops, which are made without oil.
Ingredients:
- Meat
- Flour
- Paprika
- Oregano
- Salt
- Ground pepper
- Egg
- Breadcrumbs
Method of preparation:
1. Beat off the meat, sprinkle with flour.
2. Beat the eggs with salt.
3. Batter: mix breadcrumbs and spices.
4. Dip the chops in the egg mixture and roll in the breadcrumbs.
5. Put on parchment, bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 180°C.
