How to fry cutlets so that they do not burn: an original idea
Cutlets are a very tasty and satisfying dish; they are most often made from meat, namely pork, beef, and chicken. Lean cutlets made from mushrooms, fish, and peas are equally delicious.
Culinary expert and food blogger Kateryna Mull shared a recipe on Instagram for delicious beef cutlets without eggs, flour, or oil.
The cook's secret: fry the cutlets on parchment, without oil.
Ingredients:
- ground beef - 500 g
- pepper, salt - to taste
- mozzarella - 100 g
Method of preparation:
1. Add the spices to the minced meat and mix.
2. Cut the cheese into bars.
3. Use your hands to form the patties and place the cheese inside each one.
4. Put the finished cutlets on parchment, and parchment in a frying pan and fry over medium heat on each side for 5 minutes.
The finished cutlets will be lean, tasty, and juicy.
