Cook Yulia shared on Instagram a recipe for soft chicken chops that turn out crispy.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 2 pcs.
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- flour
- breadcrumbs
- salt, pepper - to taste
- frying oil
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the chicken fillet into pieces, baste, cover the board with food film, lay out the fillet, put the film on it again and baste gently, salt and pepper.
2. Dip the chops in flour, then in beaten eggs and then in breadcrumbs. Fry on medium heat on both sides in oil right away.
