How to fry chops for dinner without oil
Meat chops are a very simple and satisfying dish that is very easy to prepare. It is very important to fry them properly so that they are soft and juicy. To make them soft, chefs advise battering them and baking them in the oven.
- fillet - 1 pc.
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- flour - 2 tbsp. l.
- paprika - 1 tsp.
- dried onions and garlic
- breadcrumbs - 40-60 g
- Parmesan cheese - 30 g
Method of preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 200-210 C, place a baking sheet covered with non-stick foil and greased with 1 tbsp of oil.
2. Cut the fillet lengthwise into 3 equal pieces and dry with paper towels to make the batter stick well.
3. Mix eggs, flour and all spices until smooth for the batter. You will get a thick dough. Mix breadcrumbs with cheese and stir.
4. Dip the fillets in the batter, then in the breadcrumbs and then place on a hot baking sheet right away. Bake until the meat is cooked and crispy, about 20-25 minutes.
