Ingredients:
- zucchini - 2-3 pcs.
- green onion
- onion - 1 pc.
- carrots - 1 pcs.
- garlic - 2-3 cloves.
- cream - 150-200 ml
- water - 100 ml
- dill - bunch
- oil - for frying
- salt, pepper, seasonings - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Cut zucchini into rings and fry in vegetable oil on both sides.
