How to cook soft and juicy ribs in the oven

Pork ribs are a product that almost every housewife knows how to cook in the oven. But it is very important to know what to marinate them with to make them juicy. You should also know how long to bake to keep the meat soft.
Cook Yulia shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious, juicy and soft ribs that are best marinated with spices.
Ingredients:
- ribs - 1 kg
- oil
- spices (paprika, red pepper, garlic powder, sugar, salt) - 1.5 tsp. each.
- lemon juice - 30 ml
- soy sauce - 15 ml
- plum jam 75 g
- ginger - 15 g
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the ribs, clean off excess and cut into portions of 1-2 bones. Sprinkle with vegetable oil.
2. Mix spices until homogeneous and add to the ribs. Then place in a deeper baking tray on the foil. Cover with foil and bake in a preheated to 160 C oven for 2 hours.
3. Add lemon juice, finely grated ginger and soy sauce to the plum jam for the sauce and mix well.
4. Take the ribs out of the oven, remove the top foil, brush them with the sauce and put them back in the oven for another 15 minutes at 180 C.
