How to cook ribs to make the meat juicy and soft: cooks recommend adding lemon juice and soy sauce

Pork ribs - an ideal product that can be an alternative to kebabs. For the meat to be soft, culinary experts advise marinating them well overnight in spices, with lemon juice and soy sauce.
Cook Victoria shared a recipe on Instagram for soft and juicy ribs that are made with plum jam, soy sauce and lemon juice.
Ingredients:
- ribs - 1 kg
- vegetable oil
- spices (paprika, red pepper, garlic powder, sugar, salt) - 1.5 tsp.
- lemon juice - 30 ml
- soy sauce - 15 ml
- plum jam - 75 g
- ginger - 15 gr
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the pigs ribs, clean off the excess, cut into portions of 1-2 bones. Grease well with vegetable oil.
2. Mix the spices until homogeneous, coat the ribs well in the mixture on all sides and marinate, preferably overnight.
3. Next, place the ribs in a deeper baking pan on the foil. Cover with foil and bake in a preheated 160 C oven for 2 hours.
4. Sauce: add lemon juice, finely grated ginger and soy sauce to the plum jam, mix well, mix with a blender.
5. Take out the ribs, remove the top foil, brush them with the sauce and put them in the oven for another 15 minutes at 180 C.
