Ingredients:
- 2 pollock carcasses
- 1 large onion
- 1 large carrot
Marinade:
- 100 g of mayonnaise
- 100 g of sour cream
- 50 g of French mustard
- 50 g of soy sauce
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp of smoked paprika
- fish seasoning (or Italian herbs)
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the fish into pieces.
2. Mix everything for the marinade, pour over the fish, and marinate for several hours.
3. Fry the onions and carrots.
4. Put the roast in the baking dish, top with the fish, and bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes under the parchment.
