How to cook pollock deliciously: the fish will not be dry and fresh
Pollock is a very budget-friendly and tasty fish that can be cooked in different ways: fried, stewed with vegetables and spices, and to make the fish juicy, cooks advise cooking it with a marinade or sauce.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious pollock with onions, carrots and a delicious sauce on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 2 pollock carcasses
- 1 large onion
- 1 large carrot
Marinade:
- 100 g of mayonnaise
- 100 g of sour cream
- 50 g of French mustard
- 50 g of soy sauce
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp of smoked paprika
- fish seasoning (or Italian herbs)
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the fish.
2. Mix everything for the marinade, put the fish in the marinade, and marinate for several hours.
3. Fry the onions and carrots.
4. Put the fish in the mold on a bed of vegetables, and pour the sauce on top.
5. Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes under parchment.
