How to cook perfect cottage cheese pancakes so that they do not burn and do not fall apart
Homemade cottage cheese pancakes are the best dish for breakfast. It is very easy to prepare, but sometimes it does not work out. Cooks advise rubbing the cottage cheese through a sieve, thus syrnyky will be very tender and will hold their shape. Be sure to add cornstarch as well.
- cottage cheese - 600 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- flour - 2 tbsp.
- cornstarch - 1 tbsp.
- sugar - 1 tsp.
- salt - a pinch
- additional flour - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Rub cottage cheese through a sieve. Transfer to a bowl, add eggs, sugar, salt and cornstarch and mix until homogeneous.
2. Divide the mixture into even balls and form the pancakes using a cup or glass and flatten with a knife to give a nice shape.
3- Fry in vegetable oil over medium heat until golden. Flip, cover and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
4. Place on a paper towel.
Serve with sour cream or condensed milk.
