Mackerel can be salted, baked, added to salads, and spread. To make it soft and juicy after baking, it needs to be marinated.

Cook Alina shared a recipe for delicious baked mackerel with soy sauce and honey on Instagram.

Ingredients:

• Mackerel - 1-2 pcs.

Sauce:

• soy sauce - 2 tbsp. l.
• vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
• honey - 1-2 tsp.
• ketchup - 1 tbsp. l.

Method of preparation:

1. Gut the fish, remove all the bones.

2. Sauce: mix all the ingredients for the sauce.

3. Grease the fish, bake the fish for 30 minutes at 180-190 C.
