Ingredients:
- Mackerel - 1-2 pcs.
Sauce:
- soy sauce - 2 tbsp. l.
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
- honey - 1-2 tsp.
- ketchup - 1 tbsp. l.
Method of preparation:
1. Gut the fish, remove all the bones.
2. Sauce: mix all the ingredients for the sauce.
3. Grease the fish, bake the fish for 30 minutes at 180-190 C.
