Tip: to prevent the liver from becoming bitter, cover it with milk for 30 minutes!
Ingredients:
- liver - 500-700 g
- onion - 1 pc.
- milk - 200-300 g
- nutmeg - 0.25 tsp.
- flour - 1 tbsp.
- salt and pepper - to taste
- oregano - 0.5 tsp.
- cheese - 100-150 g
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the onion into half rings and fry in a little oil until golden brown.
2. Peel the liver, cut into small pieces, add to the onion and fry under a lid over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
3. Next, add the spices and flour and stir. Add milk, stir and simmer for another 3-5 minutes over low heat. Add the grated cheese.
