How to cook liver deliciously: it will not be bitter and will become very soft
Chicken liver is a product that cooks very quickly. Apples, onions, sour cream, spices, and herbs will give it a pleasant flavor.
Cook Tetiana shared a recipe for delicious chicken liver with tomato paste, sour cream, and onions on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- chicken liver - 500 g
- water - 150-200 ml
- onion - 1 pc.
- tomato paste - 1 tbsp. l.
- sour cream - 2 tbsp. l.
- honey - 1 tbsp
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the liver, pour boiling water over it, cut off all the excess, and cut into medium pieces.
2. Chop the onion randomly.
3. Mix the tomato paste, sour cream, honey, and water, and mix until smooth.
4. Fry the onion in a preheated frying pan until soft, add the liver, and fry until half cooked, season with salt and pepper.
5. Pour the sauce over the liver and simmer until tender.
