How to cook lazy dumplings so that they are not tough and do not fall apart
Lazy dumplings are the simplest cottage cheese dish. The most important thing is to make a successful base as the flavor depends on it. It can be supplemented with berries and butter!
Cook's tip: Cook the dumplings for no more than 2 minutes after they float on the lowest heat!
- cottage cheese - 200 g
- eggs - 1 pc.
- flour - 2 tbsp.
- salt - a pinch
Butter and sugar. You can add more cherries. Just boil them with sugar for 3-4 minutes!
Method of preparation:
1. Add egg and flour to cottage cheese and mix with a fork.
2. Place the mixture in a pastry bag.
3. Bring the water to boil and use a pastry bag to pour the dough into the water. Cook the dumplings until they float.
When serving, add butter, berries and sugar to the dumplings!
