Kyiv-style cutlets are a very tasty and satisfying dish made from minced chicken and butter with herbs inside. To make them juicy, the fillets should be passed through a meat grinder.
Cook Nelly shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious and juicy Kyiv-style cutlets made from minced chicken.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 1 kg
- egg - 1 pc.
- breadcrumbs - 200 g
- pepper, salt - to taste
- butter - 100 g
- dill - a bunch
Method of preparation:
1. Grind the fillet in a blender, add salt, pepper and egg and add to the minced meat.
2. Add chopped dill to the soft butter and mix. Use your hands to make balls out of the butter and put them in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
3. Make a cutlet with wet hands, put 1 butter ball inside each cutlet and gently roll it up.
4. Dip the cutlets in breadcrumbs and place them on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 C.
