Very often, fillets turn out tough, dry, and tasteless. To prevent this from happening, chefs advise marinating the meat properly before cooking.
Cook Inna shared a recipe for a delicious, juicy fillet with spices and sauce on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet - 300 g
- Tomatoes - 4-5 pieces
- Spices.
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Cream - 300 ml
Method of preparation:
1. Make cuts on top of the fillet, add spices and fry the meat until golden brown.
2. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes and peel off the skin.
3. Cut them in half and fry with garlic.
4. Add cream and simmer.
5. Pour this mixture over the fillets and serve.
