How to cook healthy bulgur in a frying pan: sharing the secrets and recipe
Bulgur is a very valuable grain that can be boiled and cooked in a pan. In order to make it crumbly, you need to cook it until the water evaporates.
Cook Polina shared a recipe for delicious fried bulgur with butter and spices on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- bulgur - 100 g
- butter - 20 g
- spices - to taste
- salt
- boiling water
Method of preparation:
1. Rinse the groats well and fry in butter for 5 minutes.
2. Add salt to taste, stir and fry for another 5-7 minutes.
3. Then pour boiling water over the cereal (the water should completely cover the cereal) and cook over medium heat until the water is completely evaporated and absorbed.
