Ingredients:

  • hake - 900 g

  • carrots - 2 pcs.
  • onion - 1 pc.

  • canned tomatoes - 200 g
Tomatoes in their own juice
  • salt, spices - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the fish, remove the fins and clean it well.

2. Grate the carrots and chop the onion into small pieces.

3. Dice the onion and fry it in a preheated frying pan and add the carrots, fry for another 7-8 minutes.

4. Add the canned tomatoes to the vegetables and mix well, cook for another 10 minutes.

5. Grease the bottom of the baking dish with the vegetable dressing and place the fish cut into small pieces.

6. Put the rest of the vegetable dressing on top of the fish and cover with water to the level of the fish.
