How to cook grated cake correctly: sharing the most accurate proportions for the perfect dessert
The best homemade dessert for tea, or coffee, is definitely grated pie. First of all, this pie is very easy to make, all you need to do is make a successful dough, and secondly, it can be made even by someone who does not know how to bake at all.
Culinarian Tatiana shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious grated jam pie that turns out soft inside and crispy outside.
Ingredients:
- flour - 350 g
- soda - 0,5 tsp.
- sugar - 100 g
- butter - 200 g
- eggs - 1 pc
- lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
- mayonnaise - 1 tbsp.
- jam or jam - 250 gr
Method of preparation:
1. Sift the flour into a bowl, add the baking soda, and mix.
2. Grate the cold butter directly into the flour.
Separately mix together the egg, sugar, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Add this mixture to the flour and butter and knead the dough quickly.
4. Wrap a third of the dough in clingfilm and put it in the freezer, and use your hands and a rolling pin to roll out the remaining dough into a thin rectangle, about 30-40 cm. Place on parchment on a baking tray put the jam on top, rub the dough from the freezer and bake for 25 minutes at 180 C.
