The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious fish stewed in cream, with vegetables and herbs.

Ingredients:

  • 4-5 cherry tomatoes
  • onion – 1 pc.
  • 60-70 g. spinach
  • 200 ml. cream 10-15%
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp. of flour
  • 4-5 fish fillets

Method of preparation:

1. Fry the onion in butter, add tomatoes and spinach, and fry for a few minutes over medium heat.

2. Turn down the heat and pour warm cream over the vegetables, add flour, salt, and pepper.

3. When the cream thickens, put the fish fillets in the sauce, cover, and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
