How to cook fish for dinner in 30 minutes to make it healthy: sharing the original technology
Fish is an essential product that should be in everyone's diet. You can cook it in different ways: bake it, salt it, make cutlets and salads, as well as soups, fish soup, and pies.
Cook Anna shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious baked fish in salt, which will be very tender and juicy inside.
Ingredients:
- Dorado – 2 pcs.
- salt – 1 kg
- water – 50 ml
- proteins – 2 pcs.
- lemon – 1 pc.
- rosemary – a few sprigs
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the fish, and remove all the excess. Put lemon slices and rosemary inside.
2. Mix the salt with water, put the salt on a baking sheet with parchment.
3. Wrap the fish with salt on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 200 C.
4. Afterwards, be sure to let it cool for another 30 minutes and you can eat.
