Ingredients:
- Wheat groats - 2 cups (340 g)
- Lard - 80 g (can be replaced with oil or butter)
- Onion - 2 pieces (200 g)
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Fillet - 500 g
- Salt, ground black pepper.
- Hot water - 6 cups (1.2 liters)
- Bay leaf - 1 pc.
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the groats.
2. Fry the bacon, add grated carrots and onions, fry, add the fillets and fry.
3. Pour in the water and stir. Pour in the cereal, stir, add spices and bay leaf, cover, and cook for a few more minutes.
