How to cook delicious pasta for dinner: what to add to the dish for a bright taste
You can cook pasta with meat, minced meat, vegetables, seafood, and sauces. Add garlic, herbs, spices, tomato juice, ginger, and soy sauce to spice things up.

Ingredients:
- pasta (any durum) – 200 g
- tomato paste – 1 tbsp.
- onion – 1 pc.
- garlic – 1 clove
- sugar – 1/2 tsp.
- salt – to taste
- Italian herbs – 1 tsp.
- black pepper – 1/3 tsp.
- cream – 250 ml (from 15% fat)
- hard cheese – 50 g
- herbs – to taste
Method of preparation:
1️. Boil the pasta until tender in salted water.
2️. Cut the onion into small cubes, grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
3️. Fry the onion in vegetable oil and butter until transparent, add the garlic and stir.
4. After a minute, add tomato paste, salt and sugar, stir and fry for 2-3 minutes. Next, add spices, pasta water, cream, and stirring, cook over low heat until a thick sauce is obtained.
5. Drain the water from the pasta, add the cheese, stir for 1 minute over low heat, then add the herbs to taste and eat.
