How to cook delicious cinnamon rolls: step-by-step recipe by Yevhen Klopotenko

When you eat cinnamon rolls, your life changes. They make your beard grow, your salary rise and your mental state improve. You may not have known this, but you should eat some cinnamon rolls. They are not just any rolls, they are my rolls.

Prepare the dough for the bottom of the mold. Put te following in a bowl:

- 180 g of butter,

- 50 ml of honey,

- 1 tbsp of cocoa,

- 10 g of vanilla sugar,

- 100 g of almond flour,

- 100 ml of milk

and combine it all into a homogeneous mass.

Next, prepare the dough:

- sift 450 g of flour into a large bowl,

- add 25 g of live pressed yeast,

- 1 tbsp of sugar, ½ tsp of salt,

- mix and add 100 g of softened 82% butter.

- pour 200 ml of warm milk and mix the doug by hand or in a food processor with a hook attachment.

Put out the dough, knead it well, shape it into a ball, transfer it to a greased bowl and leave it in a warm, draft-free place for 1 hour.

Put the dough out and roll it into a rectangular layer 2-3 mm thick.

Prepare the filling:

- 180 g butter 82%,

- 50 g of sugar,

- 2 tbsp of cocoa,

- 100 g almond flour,

mix and brush the dough with it.

Roll the dough and visually divide it into 6 pieces, making marks. Take a cooking thread and cut the roll into 6 pieces.

Grease the baking dish, place the rolls with the cut side up, cover with a clean towel and leave for 20-30 minutes.

At this time, preheat the oven to 180 degrees and then put the rolls in to bake for 40 minutes.

Now let's make the custard:

- heat 500 ml of milk with 2 tbsp of sugar to a boil,

- add 2 tbsp,

- 10 g of vanilla sugar, stir until thick.

- remove from the heat, cool slightly, add 1 egg and stir,

- and then add another 50 g of butter.
