The cook shared a recipe for delicious millet porridge with pumpkin, pomegranate, and almonds on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 50 g of peeled pumpkin
- 1/2 pomegranate
- 50 g of millet groats
- 3-4 almonds (soaked overnight)
- 250-280 ml of water or vegetable milk
Method of preparation:
1. Chop pumpkin.
2. Cook millet porridge as usual. Add almonds, pomegranate and diced pumpkin.
