How to cook delicious and healthy hake on a budget: the easiest recipe
Hake is a very affordable and tasty fish that can be the basis for making cutlets and soup. It can also be fried, baked, and boiled.
The cook shared a recipe for fried hake, which should be marinated in spices and onions, on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- hake fillet
- onion
- salt, pepper, bay leaf
- egg
- milk
- flour
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the fillet into pieces.
2. Cut the onion in half rings, add to the fish, sprinkle with spices and leave for at least three hours in the refrigerator, ideally overnight.
3. Beat the egg, pour milk and mix.
4. Dip each piece of fish in flour, then in the egg mass and fry on both sides in a preheated frying pan.
