Ingredients:

  • bulgur - 100 g
  • butter - 20 g
  • spices - 1 tbsp
  • boiling water
  • salt

Prepartion method:

1. Rinse the grains thoroughly and sauté them in butter for 5 minutes.

2. Add salt according to taste, stir, and sauté for another 5-7 minutes.
