How to cook bulgur correctly to make it healthy: we share the simplest recipe
Bulgur is a very healthy and satisfying grain that can be used as the base for making delicious porridge and soup. It's essential to note that, according to culinary experts, it's best not to boil it, but to cook it in a multicooker or a frying pan.
Cook Polina shared a recipe for delicious spiced bulgur cooked in a pan on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- bulgur - 100 g
- butter - 20 g
- spices - 1 tbsp
- boiling water
- salt
Prepartion method:
1. Rinse the grains thoroughly and sauté them in butter for 5 minutes.
2. Add salt according to taste, stir, and sauté for another 5-7 minutes.
3. Pour boiling water (the water should completely cover the grains) and cook over medium heat until the water is completely evaporated and absorbed.
