Cook Polina shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious stewed cabbage with carrots and onions, which will turn out to be very juicy and tasty.

Ingredients:

  • cabbage – 1 pc.
  • onion – 1 pc.
  • carrot – 1 pc.
  • water – 150-200 ml
  • salt, pepper – to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Chop the cabbage finely, you can use a knife or chop it on a special grater.

2. Grate the carrots, and cut the onion into half rings.

3. Heat a frying pan, add oil, and fry the onion until golden brown.

4. Then add the grated carrots, season with salt and pepper, stir, and fry for another 5 minutes over medium heat.

5. Then add the cabbage, mix well, and fry a little. Pour in water and cover, stirring occasionally, and cook for 15-20 minutes.
