How to cook beans deliciously and quickly: an original recipe from Yevhen Klopotenko
Beans are a very valuable product, especially for those who are on a diet. They contain a lot of protein, and they can be used to make hearty and tasty dishes, such as cutlets, salads, and soups. Chef Yevhen Klopotenko shared a recipe for a delicious and satisfying white bean salad on his website, which is very easy to prepare.
Ingredients:
- canned white beans (or pre-boiled) - 300 g
- onion - 2 pcs.
- raisins - 50 g
- walnuts - 50 g
- green onions - 10 g
- sunflower oil - 3 tbsp.
- salt and pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Chop walnuts and toast them in a dry frying pan.
2. Drain beans in a colander and rinse with water.
3. Peel onion and cut it into thin half rings. Fry until soft in vegetable oil, add salt and the beans and cook for 3 minutes.
4. Put the beans and onions in a bowl, sprinkle with nuts and season with oil. Add salt to taste and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
