How to cook a delicious budget hake: a recipe for a hearty dish for the whole family
Hake is one of the easiest, most affordable, and tasty fish to prepare. It can be cooked in different ways: fried, stewed, souped, and made into cutlets.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious fried hake on Instagram, made with vegetables and tomato sauce.
Ingredients:
- 2 fillets of hake fish
- 1 small onion
- 1 carrot
- 2 tbsp. l. tomato paste
- 2 tbsp of cream
- salt, pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp of flour
- 150 ml of water
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the fish into pieces, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and leave for 30 minutes. Dredge the fish in flour and fry on both sides until golden brown.
2. Grate the carrots, cut the onion into slices, and fry.
3. For the filling: mix the tomato paste, cream, salt, pepper, and water.
4. Put the fish to the fried onions and carrots and pour the sauce over, simmer for 10-15 minutes.
