How to bake wings in the oven with sauce: they will be soft inside and crispy outside

Chicken wings can be baked, fried, barbecued. It is also very tasty - baked in the oven with sauces. If you like it spicier - do not spare the spices and garlic.
Culinarian Victoria shared a recipe on Instagram for delicious marinated chicken wings that will be extra soft on the inside and crispy on the outside.
Ingredients:
- chicken wings - 1,5 kg,
- oil - 2 tbsp.
- spices: salt, pepper, dried garlic - to taste
For the sauce:
- oil - 2-3 tbsp.
- honey - 2 tbsp.
- tomato paste - 2 tablespoons.
- mustard - 1 tbsp.
- soy sauce - 4 tbsp.
- red hot pepper - 1/4 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the wings and lay them out on paper towels. With a sharp knife cut each wing into three pieces. Place in a bowl, add spices and oil, mix.
2. Turn on the oven and heat to 200 C.
3. Grease a baking tray with oil and place the wings with space between them. Cook in the oven for 30-45 minutes to brown the meat well.
4. Sauce: melt the butter, add all the other ingredients and stir, boil it until the ingredients are dissolved and combined.
5. Remove wings, brush with sauce, cover with foil and cook for another 5-6 minutes in the oven to allow the sauce to caramelize.
Serve this dish hot with any sauce you like!
