How to bake fish in foil so that it is juicy and does not burn: a recipe from a cook
Fish is a very healthy and necessary product that should be in everyone's diet. It is best not to fry it, but to steam or bake it with vegetables and sauces.
Chef Volodymyr Yaroslavsky shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious baked fish in foil that is juicy and soft.
Ingredients:
- fish fillet - 1 pc.
- onion - 1/2 pc.
- zucchini - 40 g
- tomatoes - 50 g
- bell pepper - 35 g
- thyme, salt - to taste
- white wine if desired - 25 g
- olive or vegetable oil
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the vegetables, except for tomatoes, into cubes and fry them in a frying pan, season with salt.
2. Pour a little vegetable oil on a sheet of foil, put a few sprigs of parsley, salted fish fillets on top, fried vegetables on top, chopped tomatoes, thyme and white dry wine. It adds special flavors to the dish and sauce, and the alcohol will no longer be in the finished dish - it will evaporate.
3. Close the foil tightly to prevent moisture from escaping and bake for 20-22 minutes at 200 C.
It is best to serve fish directly in foil and with a spoon - because the fish will be in a flavorful vegetable broth and very juicy!
