How much flour to add for puffy and light pancakes: secrets from the culinary expert

Pancakes do not always turn out puffy and light, because the proportions are often wrong. People either add a lot of flour or not enough at all. They also add baking soda to vinegar, which prevents the batter to rise.
Cook Olha Matviy shared on her YouTube channel a recipe for puffy pancakes, which always turn out very high and delicious.
Tip: add 200 g of flour to the base so that the batter is not liquid! The soda does not need to be quenched with vinegar, otherwise they will not be puffy!
Ingredients:
- Kefir - 220 ml
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Sugar - 60 g
- Flour - 200 g
- Soda - 0.6 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Beat eggs with sugar until thick. Add a glass of kefir and mix.
2. Pour in 200 grams of flour at once, mix gently. The dough will be thick like sour cream. Add baking soda to the dough and mix.
3. Heat a frying pan and fry.
