Ingredients:
- sugar - 200 g
- eggs - 6 pcs.
- flour - 200 g
- baking powder - 10 g
- milk - 40 g
- oil - 35 g
- dry poppy seeds - 50 g
- zest of 1 lemon
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the eggs with sugar and salt for 15 minutes with a hand mixer. (Make sure the utensils and dishes are dry and clean).
