Cook Polina shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious, thin pancakes that are elastic and won't tear.

To prevent the pancakes from tearing, add 4 eggs, melted butter, warm milk, and water to the dough.

Ingredients:

  • warm milk – 250 ml
  • warm water – 250 ml
  • eggs – 4 pcs.
  • flour – 200 g
  • salt – 0.5 tsp.
  • sugar – 2 tbsp
  • butter – 60 g

Method of preparation:

1. Beat eggs with milk and sugar.

2. Pour in water, add flour, salt, mix, pour in melted butter, mix.

3. Heat a frying pan and fry the pancakes.

You can use any filling for the filling!
