To prevent the pancakes from tearing, add 4 eggs, melted butter, warm milk, and water to the dough.
Ingredients:
- warm milk – 250 ml
- warm water – 250 ml
- eggs – 4 pcs.
- flour – 200 g
- salt – 0.5 tsp.
- sugar – 2 tbsp
- butter – 60 g
Method of preparation:
1. Beat eggs with milk and sugar.
2. Pour in water, add flour, salt, mix, pour in melted butter, mix.
3. Heat a frying pan and fry the pancakes.
