Cook Victoria shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious, fluffy pancakes with warm kefir, for which you only need to add 1 egg to the dough.
Ingredients:
- half a liter can of kefir
- eggs - 1 pc.
- sugar - 1-1.5 tbsp.
- salt - 1/3 tsp.
- baking soda - 0.5 tsp
- flour - 350 g
Method of preparation:
1. Pour the kefir at room temperature into a bowl, add the egg, sugar, salt. Mix everything thoroughly with a whisk. Then add the sifted flour, stir a little, add baking soda and mix the dough thoroughly. Leave the dough for 20-30 minutes.
2. Fry the pancakes in a preheated frying pan with hot oil.
