Homemade safe shawarma for a snack: we tell you how to cook a quick dish
Shawarma is a popular oriental dish that everyone has tried at least once in their lives. Thanks to its quick preparation and excellent taste, shawarma has become a favorite far beyond the borders of the East. It can be made from different meats, but the most delicious is pork and chicken. Fresh vegetables and spicy sauce will add juiciness to the dish.
Cook Inna shared a recipe for a delicious shawarma with meat, vegetables, and sauce on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Pita bread - 1 pc.
- Fried meat - 100 g
- Iceberg salad - 50 g
- Korean carrots - 50 g
- Cucumber - 1/2 pc
- Tomato "Cocktail" - 1 pc.
Sauce:
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp. l.
- Mustard - 2 tsp.
- Garlic - 1 clove.
- Greens.
Method of preparation:
1. Fry the meat with spices until soft and chop.
2. Mix everything for the sauce.
3. Chop the vegetables.
4. Put the iceberg on the pita bread, top with the sauce, meat, carrots, cucumbers and tomatoes, and so on until you run out of ingredients, then roll up.
5. Fry or put in the oven for a few minutes. Cut and eat.
