Homemade mayonnaise in 3 minutes: made with raw eggs
Mayonnaise is the most popular sauce for salad dressings and spreads. And it's best to make it at home from oil and eggs without adding thickeners.
Cook Yulia shared a recipe for homemade mayonnaise with raw eggs on Instagram, which takes 3 minutes to prepare.
Ingredients:
- vegetable oil - 180 ml
- fresh egg - 1 pc.
- vinegar - 1 tsp.
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - a pinch
- sugar - 1 tsp
- mustard - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Pour the oil into a blender bowl, add sugar, salt, pepper, mustard, vinegar and egg and beat with an immersion blender.
Store homemade mayonnaise in the refrigerator for no more than 4 days!
