Cook Victoria shared on Instagram a recipe for a thick mayonnaise with salt, pepper, and curry, which will be very thick and tender.
Ingredients:
- 180 g of oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp of mustard
- 0.5 tsp of vinegar or 1 tsp of lemon juice (it keeps longer with vinegar)
- salt, pepper, curry - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Add all the ingredients to the oil, immerse the blender to the very bottom of the bowl, beat until a thick mass is formed.
2. Transfer the mayonnaise to a glass container and store for 3-4 days.
